Terms & Conditions
Last updated 24 June 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to joining the Suma waitlist, operated by Suma Tax Ltd ("Suma", "we", "us"). By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't submit your email.
This is a pre-launch website. These terms cover the waitlist only. Separate terms of service will apply to the Suma app when it launches.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist simply means we may contact you about Suma. To set expectations clearly:
- Joining does not create any contract for the supply of the Suma app or any other product.
- It does not guarantee that you will be given access, a place, or priority when we launch.
- It does not guarantee that Suma will launch, launch by any particular date, or include any particular feature.
- Any pricing, founding-member offer, or early-access benefit mentioned on this site is an indication only, may change, and is not a binding offer.
Forward-looking statements
Information on this site about Suma's features, timing and pricing describes our current plans. Plans can change, and nothing on this site should be relied on as a promise. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make in reliance on it.
Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate email address that you are entitled to use.
- Do not submit anyone else's details without their permission.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Suma name, logo, branding, text, graphics and the design of this site are owned by Suma Tax Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.
Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, so far as the law allows. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from your reliance on pre-launch information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version with the "last updated" date above is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
